Flowstore Systems’ quality assurance begins with a thorough review of designs for safety, carefully assessing your requirements for loading and stability risks.  

This is followed by quality checks of the build process, for which first-rate components are used.  

Regular inspections are simple and easy for you – and us – to make, thanks to the “witness marks” on the joints.

Good design is all in the detail, and our quality assurance policy means we always try and look deep within the application process to capture any unforeseen issues with a design.   

From the big issues of carton flow and ergonomics, down to the finite details such as the impact to the operator with regards to label holder positioning, no areas are overlooked.

DESIGN AND APPLICATION CARE

Once our designs are completed, you receive a fully dimensioned drawing for you to evaluate, sign and return if it meets the specification you’ve expected. If it doesn’t, we’ll work with you to achieve the goal we helped you set.  

In production, our quality assurance procedures see that every assembled unit is checked and inspected at various points. A final inspection will get it bar-code labelled.  

Even if there are 50 identical racks, they will all have an individual reference number. So if you have a problem with rack 26, we can identify and rectify it.

QUALITY CONTROLLED MANUFACTURE

Your designed solutions are carefully reviewed in preparation by the CAD department, but still have to pass a final inspection by a senior manager or director prior to manufacture.  

Our assembly procedures are quality controlled. Inspection is carried out at each stage.  

FlowStore tubular components are cut on fully automated machinery to ensure size consistency to good tolerances and speed of throughput.  

Final inspection must be passed, and safety load notices attached before the units are individually bar-coded and packed ready for shipment.
