As a highly flexible and versatile system FlowTube was chosen for the dedicated Toyota training school, as the modular system could easily be re-configured for a multitude of different uses.
FlowTube is already in extensive use in the main manufacturing and assembly plant, as it complies with the Continuous Improvement Technique, otherwise known as Kaizen, which is a foundation of the Toyota Production System.
Initially 3D designs were produced for the 30 different designs required for the initial fit. These included trolleys, assembly benches, live storage racks, sign boards, banner frames and bespoke stands designed for specialised training functions.
Once approved from our UK based Hayes factory we pre-assembled the units prior to delivery.
As Toyota hold additional FlowTube components on site they are able to easily to reconfigure and make custom made units to meet their constantly changing production and training requirements.
