Flowstore Push-Back Specification

The cart construction is robustly made from welded, hot rolled steel sections, as are the rails.
Pallet weight up to 1200kg
Can use a variety of standard pallet types including Chep and Euro designs, but can also utilise economy quality pallets or other types which may not be suited to roller based flow systems.
Carts and rails can also be decked over if required to prevent products falling between levels.
Slim construction is only :
- 114mm – 2 deep
- 132mm – 3 deep
- 151mm – 4 deep - to maximise space utilisation.
Tracks can be fitted to box beams or angle beams
Tracks can be fitted to existing racks without replacing the beams to obtain the gradient
Tracks can also be directly mounted on a floor level without rack beams to save on construction height.
Depths greater than 4 pallets can be accommodated on alternate designs.
